Airtightness approach:

Pro Clima tapes and membranes on inside of brick surface. Intello Plus in ceiling. Interior walls covered with lime & clay stucco which is taped to Intello membrane with Contega FC; there is no sheetrock on the walls from Germany by 475 High Performance Building Supply

Insulation:

Roof:  3” Polyisocyanurate on exterior & 8” of cellulose between wood joists

Walls:  Insulated blocks by Durisol and exterior 5″ styrofoam under stucco.

Windows & Doors: Custom tilt-turn windows with triple glazing by Klearwall

Ventilation: 2 Lunos decentralized ventilation system with heat recovery core from Germany by 475 High Performance Building Supply

Hot water:  2 Hybrid GeoSpring Water Heater GEH50DEEDSC by GE

Heating and Cooling – HVAC: Air-to-air heat pumps with 2 compressors, 6 ductless & 1 ducted unit by Mitsubishi
