Renovated to “high quality” Passive House standards, this extremely well-insulated, airtight building with a progressive ventilation system, makes for a very comfortable, quiet, and energy efficient living space.

Fully furnished with simple decor in a loft style layout. Cleaning service available. Towels, sheets and basic kitchen items.

Available for one month for one person (does not include electricity), some flexibility in September for extra days.

Max 2 people for this Parlor Loft, and there will be an extra charge of $200 for 2nd person per month.

Also includes Citi bike member pass – 45 minutes per ride, electric bicycle extra.

In July 2024 studio got new coat of paint.
